Refund and Returns Policy

There may be occasions when you will need to return an item to us. If you wish to do so, Please thoroughly read our policy below which is outlined in full.

Items Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your items when delivered, If any items were damaged in transit, we ask you to report within 48 hours of delivery. No claims can be honoured after this period, If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please refuse the goods for return to us.

If you do not have time to check the goods on delivery, it is best to sign for as “UNCHECKED” But please note any visual damage on delivery note. We advise that items should be returned with there original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. The item must be unused and in the condition received, please supply pictures of all visible damage and packaging prior to return, We reserve the right to offer partial refunds if the goods are not in the same condition when delivered ie further damage, restocking fee or to refuse a return if the goods are damaged to a degree it cannot be repaired the customer will also be liable for the return carriage costs, Once received back to us and checked, we will issue a replacement or full or partial refund.

IF You Change Your Mind

Unfortunately we can not accept returns for change of mind, As all our products are manufactured by hand and made to specific requirements, and are classed as bespoke products, This means once ordered we are unable to accept returns.
